We can also screen them to match any color! How to Bind: #1: Punch your paper. Remember to only punch as many sheets as your machine is rated to handle. #2: Place your comb on the comb spreader. If your machine has a comb spreader adjusting knob, adjust to the diameter of the comb being used. Push or pull your spreader handle to open the comb. #3: Lay your pages on the comb so that the rings feed into the punched holes. #4: Pull or push your spreader handle so that comb closes.

The OffiBind offers a punching capacity of 8-10 sheets of LETTER or A4 size paper at a time and can bind a book up to 1 1/4" (230 sheets).

Progressive punch margin control: Provides the correct punch-margin-depth for each comb size and maximizes the document's tear resistance.

Side margin control: Provides an evenly centered punch for all document sizes.

Comb selector table: Aides in the selection of the proper comb size in accordance to the document's thickness.

Die disengaging pins: For a clean punch of multiple paper sizes.

Open punch throat: Allows for the punching of larger documents.
